“Well Let Me Ask You This: Shut Up.”
Off we went to visit the single Chicago location (of only 12 nation-wide) of the Himalayas-based Kwik-E-Mart chain. It was all there for the asking: Frosted Krusty-O’s, Buzz Cola, Squishees, pink donuts and “Radioactive Man” comic #711. Where’s the Duff?! Stupid “PG-13” MPAA rating.
As far as movie tie-ins go… I don’t think a better one could have been thought up for The Simpsons Movie. (A big “I am so smart! S-M-R-T!” for including Chicago, 7-Eleven.) And if you aren’t the lucky loser to win the “You Can Get Animated: Be in a Simpsons episode!” contest… see what could have been, at Simpsonize Me. (Hours of fun with company org. chart photos, BTW.)
Next stop: Springfield, ??.
